What can/should I bring on the trip?

Please bring sunglasses, soft sole shoes, sun screen, a jacket, and a cooler to take home your catch! We will even clean your fish for you. Alcoholic beverages are permitted on the trip.

Do I have to purchase a license before the trip?

One day fishing licenses are available for purchase on the day of the trip, however you can also obtain your licenses in advance. They are $10.00 for Michigan residents and non-residents.

Typically, charters leave at 6:00 a.m., noon, and 6:00 p.m. You can make arrangements for the time that works best for you, just make sure that you are at the dock and ready to go at that time. During Salmon season, the best time for fishing is dawn and dusk.

Cash as well as VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Regarding tips, we aim to provide you the best experience possible. If you feel that a shipmate has earned a tip then please feel free to do so.

Is a deposit required to hold the charter?
